We used our experience working with real estate professionals and optimized realtor tools. Now, during the search and selection stages, the client can perform most of the realtor’s work and achieve excellent results.

The chat gathers all the necessary experts, depending on the situation, and there is always someone to verify the information, maintaining the quality of recommendations at the required level, even if yesterday’s barista, who decided to become a realtor, is handling the deal.

As of 2024, TrendRealty is the most efficient real estate agency in Russia, based on the combined number of employees, number of deals, purchase conversion, and lead generation costs. The company is a trendsetter in the B2C services market and actively invests in digital products and business process optimization.
