TrendAgent is a realtor service, not just a service for realtors.

02-1 Creation of an internal CMS and tools for updating the database of apartments and banking programs
To maintain up-to-date information on availability, prices, promotions, finishes, and mortgage programs, we designed the Plat4m CMS. The product allows for fast and error-free content entry, either manually or automatically. It also provides error-checking and correction. Some content blocks have so many parameter options that they are still not formalized by anyone in the real estate market. For example, the types of promotions and finishes for a specific apartment can only be found on TrendAgent, even now, in 2024, despite the high demand for this information among realtors.

A tool for professionals, yet simple and understandable without onboarding—even for a barista who decided to become a realtor.

02-4 Both selection and presentation are carried out under the user’s brand (White Label)
During the selection process with the client and when sending a presentation on the chosen properties, everything appears as if it were an internal product of the real estate agency. Branding, UI, and the display of parameters that the agent considers important can be customized.

02-5 CRM for deals, reservations, and mortgages
To earn a commission, an agent needs to check if the client is in the developer’s database. If everything is okay, they need to reserve the apartment and proceed with the deal, while simultaneously tracking the status of mortgage approval and the collection of necessary documents. The agent only needs to enter the client’s name and phone number; the system takes care of the rest, including back-office work and integrations.
02-6 The main interface for deal progress is the chat
To simplify real-time deal information, everything happens in the chat. For each case, a team of people and robots is automatically assembled in the chat to bring the deal to payment with outstanding service. We also ask about the quality of service in the chat.
03 Result
As of 2024, TrendAgent is the top platform among real estate aggregators. The platform has entered the international market and is represented in the UAE. Many key services implemented on the platform have not yet been replicated anywhere else. Realtors love us. We have significantly impacted the real estate market, dramatically improving the quality of selection and service and lowering the entry barrier to the profession. Considering the benefits and costs, many developers have chosen our platform as their exclusive distribution channel.
